ZLY Hard-Toothed Surface Gearbox Speed Reducer - Efficient Solution from China Suppliers and Factory
Product Features
⚙️ High-Strength Gears
⚡ 93%+ Efficiency
🔇 Low Noise
🏋️ High Load Capacity
🔩 Easy Installation
1
The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC58–62. All gears are processed by gear grinding, ensuring high precision.
2
High transmission efficiency: Over 93% for two-stage transmission.
3
Smooth operation and low noise.
4
Small in size, light in weight, long service life and high load-bearing capacity.
5
Easy to disassemble, inspect, and install.
Conditions of Use
1
The rotational speed of the high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1,500 revolutions per minute.
2
The circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 20 meters per second.
3
The working environment temperature is −40°C to 45°C.
⚠️ If the temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0°C before starting. This reducer can be used for operation in both forward and reverse directions.
Maintenance
1
Regularly check the oil level: Check the oil level once a month or every 500 hours of operation to ensure it is within the specified range.
2
Regularly change the lubricating oil
①
First oil change: Carry out the first oil change 36 hours after the first operation to remove metal shavings produced during the running-in period.
②
Subsequent oil change: Replace lubricating oil every 2,000–5,000 hours of operation or every 6–12 months, depending on working environment and load conditions. In harsh environments (high temperatures, heavy dust, continuous heavy loads), shorten the oil change cycle.
③
Oil change method: While the reducer is still warm (lubricating oil has good fluidity), drain the old oil and add new oil to the specified level.
3
Keep clean & ensure the vent cap is unobstructed: Regularly clean oil stains and dust on the surface of the reducer. Inspect and clean the vent cap to prevent blockage.
4
Fastening inspection: Regularly check whether all installation bolts and connecting parts are loose.
5
Abnormal situation handling:
🚨
Once a sudden increase in noise, intensified vibration, abnormal temperature rise, or severe oil leakage is detected, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Operation can only resume after the fault has been eliminated.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q
What is the maximum rotational speed allowed for the ZLY reducer's high-speed shaft?
The rotational speed of the high-speed shaft must not exceed 1,500 revolutions per minute (RPM). Exceeding this limit may cause overheating, accelerated wear, or mechanical failure.
Q
What is the transmission efficiency of the ZLY reducer?
The ZLY reducer achieves a high transmission efficiency of over 93% for two-stage transmission, making it an energy-efficient solution for industrial applications.
Q
How often should the lubricating oil be changed?
The first oil change should be performed after 36 hours of initial operation. Subsequently, replace the lubricating oil every 2,000–5,000 hours of operation or every 6–12 months. In harsh environments with high temperatures, heavy dust, or continuous heavy loads, the oil change interval should be shortened accordingly.
Q
Can the ZLY reducer operate in both forward and reverse directions?
Yes, the ZLY reducer supports operation in both forward and reverse directions, providing flexible use across a wide range of industrial applications.
Q
What should I do if the reducer shows abnormal noise or vibration during operation?
If you detect a sudden increase in noise, intensified vibration, abnormal temperature rise, or severe oil leakage, stop the machine immediately and conduct a thorough inspection. Do not resume operation until the fault has been fully identified and eliminated.
Q
What is the working temperature range for the ZLY reducer?
The ZLY reducer is designed to operate in environments ranging from −40°C to 45°C. When the ambient temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil must be preheated to above 0°C before starting the reducer to ensure proper lubrication and smooth operation.
