🔩 Maintenance

During the production process, according to the nature of the conveyed materials, timely cleaning should be carried out to keep all parts of the conveyor clean.

The lubricating oil of the Motorized Pulley should be replaced once a year. If leakage occurs, the sealing parts should be inspected and the worn or damaged seals replaced.

The lubricating oil should be replaced after the first 300 hours of operation (grade: N46 for oil-cooled type, N150 for oil-immersed type). Thereafter, replace and maintain every 5,000 hours of operation.
