Maintenance
- 1 During the production process, according to the nature of the conveyed materials, timely cleaning should be carried out to keep all parts of the conveyor clean.
- 2 The lubricating oil of the Motorized Pulley should be replaced once a year. If leakage occurs, the sealing parts should be inspected and the worn parts should be replaced with new damaged seals.
- 3 The lubricating oil should be replaced after the first 300 hours of operation (oil grade: N46 for oil-cooled type / N150 for oil-immersed type). It should be replaced and maintained every 5,000 hours of operation.
- 4 Inspection, adjustment, and cleaning are not allowed to be carried out while the device is in operation.
