NGW Planet Gear Speed Reducer by Factory

The NGW planetary gear reducer is a transmission device used for deceleration in mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, and lifting transportation. It consists of three series: single-stage, two-stage, and three-stage. Its core components include the sun gear, planetary gear, planetary frame, and fixed internal gear ring. It achieves uniform load distribution through straight-tooth involute cylindrical gears and a tooth-type floating mechanism.

The planetary gear reducers include the NGW series, NGW-S series, and NGW-L series. The models cover single-stage (NGW11-NGW121), two-stage (NGW42-NGW122) and three-stage (NGW73-NGW123) series. The assembly types are diverse and they can be installed in multiple directions.

    Product Features

    (1) Compact structure, high power transmission capacity, and strong load-bearing capacity
    (2) High transmission efficiency,single-stage transmission can reach 0.97-0.98, two-stage transmission can reach 0.94-0.94, and three-stage transmission can reach 0.91-0.94.
    (3) Large transmission ratio
    (4) Various assembly types, allowing multi-directional installation, and wide applicability
    (5) The material, gear accuracy, and load-bearing capacity are all at an advanced level among similar products.

    Conditions of Use

1.The maximum speed of the input shaft of the reducer shall not exceed 1500r/min
2.The peripheral speed of the gear shall not exceed 10m/s
3.Working environment: -40 to 45℃. If the temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting. This reducer can be used for operation in both forward and reverse directions.

    Classification of planetary reducers

    The NGW model covers: single-stage (NGW11-NGW121), two-stage (NGW42-NGW122) and three-stage (NGW73-NGW123) series.
    The NGW-S model covers: two-stage (S42-S122) and three-stage (S73-S123) series.
    NGW-L model: Single-stage (L11-L71) and two-stage (L42-L122) series.

    Installation precautions for the reducer

    1. The reducer should be installed horizontally and must not be tilted longitudinally or laterally.
    2. The connection installation between the input and output should be carried out using hot mounting and cold shrinking. It is strictly prohibited to use any assembly methods involving forced striking or impact.
    3. After the reducer is installed, it must rotate freely when turned by hand. The installation error must not exceed the allowable value of the selected coupling.
    4. All the fixed bolts should be tightened evenly without any looseness. When the impact load is high and the machine starts frequently, positioning screws should be installed between the base and the frame.
    5. Before starting the reducer, it is necessary to add lubricating oil and ensure that the oil level meets the required standard. Under any circumstances, the oil level must not be lower than the minimum position.
    6. After the reducer is installed, before it is put into formal use, a load test must be conducted. Before the load test, it should be operated at no-load for 2 hours first. Once the no-load operation is normal, the load test can begin. The load test should be carried out by gradually increasing the load
