Our Factory Launches Enhanced DCY Reducer Series with High Load-Bearing Capacity

As a professional manufacturer of reducers and electric rollers, our factory is proud to launch the upgraded DCY reducer series, setting a new benchmark in the heavy machinery transmission field. Adhering to the JB/T8853-1999 standard, the new DCY reducers are Hard-toothed surface bevel-cylindrical gear reducers optimized through sophisticated design.

The core advantage lies in the high-strength low-carbon alloy steel gears, which undergo carburizing and quenching treatment, achieving a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62 while maintaining excellent core toughness. This enables the reducer to bear much higher loads than traditional soft or medium-hard tooth-surface models. With a two-stage transmission efficiency of 92%-96%, it delivers remarkable energy-saving effects.

Compared with conventional products, the new DCY reducer reduces volume and weight by 1/2 to 2/3 under the same load-bearing capacity, facilitating installation in space-constrained environments. It is widely applicable to belt conveyors, coal, metallurgy, and chemical equipment, promising a service life of over 10 years with proper maintenance.
