- 1Before using the roller, carefully inspect the appearance for any serious scratches or damage. The rotating roller should rotate flexibly without any jamming.
- 2The installation distance of the rollers should be scientifically calculated based on the type of logistics and the characteristics of the conveyor, to avoid installation that is too loose or too dense.
- 3The installation of rollers should be adapted to avoid mutual friction and collision.
Maintenance
- 🔧The normal service life of the roller is over 20,000 hours and generally does not require maintenance. However, based on usage location and load size, maintenance schedules should be set — including timely cleaning, oil injection, and removal of floating coal. Replace rollers with abnormal noise or non-rotation promptly.
- 🔧When replacing the bearing, the opening of the bearing cage must face outward. After installation into the roller, maintain appropriate clearance — do not crush the bearing.
- 🔧Maze seals should use original accessories and must be installed separately into the rollers during assembly — they should not be assembled together.
- ⚠️When using the idler, take precautions to prevent heavy objects from hitting the idler tube.
- ⚠️To ensure sealing performance and usability, it is prohibited to disassemble the rollers arbitrarily.
