- The normal service life of the roller is over 20,000 hours and generally does not require maintenance. However, based on usage location and load size, maintenance schedules should be set — including timely cleaning, oil injection, and removal of floating coal. Replace rollers with abnormal noise or non-rotation promptly.
- When replacing the bearing, the opening of the bearing cage must face outward. After installation into the roller, maintain appropriate clearance — do not crush the bearing.
- Maze seals should be made of original accessories and installed separately into the rollers during assembly — they should not be assembled together.
- When using the idler, take precautions to prevent heavy objects from hitting the idler tube.
- To ensure the sealing performance and usability of the rollers, it is prohibited to disassemble the rollers at will.
