The normal service life of the roller is over 20,000 hours and generally does not require maintenance. However, based on usage location and load size, maintenance schedules should be set — including timely cleaning, oil injection, and removal of floating coal. Replace rollers with abnormal noise or non-rotation promptly.
When replacing the bearing, the opening of the bearing cage must face outward. After installation into the roller, it should maintain appropriate clearance and must not be crushed.
Maze seals should be made of original accessories and installed separately into the rollers during assembly — they should not be assembled together.
When using the idler, precautions should be taken to prevent heavy objects from hitting the idler tube.
To ensure the sealing performance and usability of the rollers, it is prohibited to disassemble the rollers at will.
