High Efficiency ZJY Shaft-Mounted Cylindrical Gear Reducer
Product Features

Conditions of Use
1.The maximum speed of the input shaft of the reducer shall not exceed 1500r/min
2.The peripheral speed of the gear shall not exceed 10m/s
3.Working environment: -40 to 45℃. If the temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting. This reducer can be used for operation in both forward and reverse directions.

The Type of the reducer
The entire series of reducers are measured in terms of the low-speed stage center distance (mm), and there are seven specifications: 106, 125, 150, 180, 212, 250, and 300. For each specification, there are nine different transmission ratios: 10, 11.2, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22.4, and 25.
The marking code of the reducer includes the model, low-speed stage center distance, nominal transmission ratio, and rotation direction.
