High Efficiency ZGY Shaft-Mounted Gear Reducer from China Suppliers | Reliable Factory Solutions for Various Industries
Product Features
- 1 The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel and are processed through carburizing, quenching and grinding.
- 2 The gears have high precision and high hardness. They feature a small size, light weight, large bearing capacity, high efficiency, simple structure, and convenient installation and maintenance.
- 3 An anti-reverse rotation device can be configured. The input shaft of the reducer is connected to the motor through a pulley, and the output uses a hollow shaft with a single key connection, which can be directly hung on the main shaft of the machine.
Conditions of Use
- 1 The maximum speed of the input shaft of the reducer shall not exceed 1400 r/min.
- 2 The peripheral speed of the gear shall not exceed 10 m/s.
- 3 Working environment: -40 to 45℃. If the temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting. This reducer can be used for operation in both forward and reverse directions.
Installation and Use of Reducer
- 1 The high-speed shaft should not be directly hammered when cooperating with other parts.
- 2 After installing the reducer, rotate it by hand. Must be flexible and unobstructed.
- 3 Run without load for 2 hours. If any abnormal noise, overheating, or oil leakage is found, please stop running immediately.
- 4 When installing the torque arm, try to make the torque arm perpendicular to the fixed point and the output shaft line. The deviation should be ±10 degrees, and the torque arm should be in a tensile stress state.
Lubrication of the Reducer
- 1 The recommended lubricant is L-CKC150 medium-load extreme pressure gear oil. When using a reverse gear device, no lubricating additives such as graphite or molybdenum disulfide should be used in the reducer.
- 2 After the first oil change, after 200 hours of operation, a new oil should be replaced. For subsequent continuous operation, the oil should be changed every six months or every 2500 hours of operation.
⚠️ Important: Always ensure the correct lubricant grade is used to maintain optimal performance and prolong the service life of the reducer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q
What is the maximum input shaft speed for this reducer?
The maximum speed of the input shaft of the reducer shall not exceed 1400 r/min. Exceeding this limit may cause damage to the internal components and reduce the service life of the unit.
Q
What type of lubricant should be used in the reducer?
The recommended lubricant is L-CKC150 medium-load extreme pressure gear oil. Additives such as graphite or molybdenum disulfide should not be used, especially when a reverse gear device is installed.
Q
How often should the oil be changed in the reducer?
After the initial 200 hours of operation, the oil should be replaced for the first time. Subsequently, the oil should be changed every six months or every 2500 hours of continuous operation, whichever comes first.
Q
Can this reducer be used in both forward and reverse directions?
Yes, this reducer supports operation in both forward and reverse directions. An optional anti-reverse rotation device can also be configured depending on your application requirements.
Q
What should I do if I notice abnormal noise or oil leakage during operation?
If any abnormal noise, overheating, or oil leakage is detected during the no-load trial run or normal operation, stop the machine immediately and inspect the unit before resuming operation to prevent further damage.
Q
What are the working temperature limits for this reducer?
This reducer is designed to operate in environments ranging from -40℃ to 45℃. If the ambient temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil must be preheated to above 0℃ before starting the equipment.
