High Efficiency ZGY Shaft-Mounted Cylindrical Gear Reducer from China Suppliers and Factory for Various Industries
⚙
Product Features
1
The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel and are processed through carburizing, quenching and grinding.
2
The gears have high precision and high hardness. They feature a small size, light weight, large bearing capacity, high efficiency, simple structure, and convenient installation and maintenance.
3
An anti-reverse rotation device can be configured. The input shaft of the reducer is connected to the motor through a pulley, and the output uses a hollow shaft with a single key connection, which can be directly hung on the main shaft of the machine.

Conditions of Use
1
The maximum speed of the input shaft of the reducer shall not exceed 1400 r/min
2
The peripheral speed of the gear shall not exceed 10 m/s
3
Working environment: -40 to 45℃. If the temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting. This reducer can be used for operation in both forward and reverse directions.

Installation and Use of Reducer
1
The high-speed shaft should not be directly hammered when cooperating with other parts.
2
After installing the reducer, rotate it by hand. Must be flexible and unobstructed.
3
Run without load for 2 hours. If any abnormal noise, overheating, or oil leakage is found, please stop running immediately.
4
When installing the torque arm, try to make the torque arm perpendicular to the fixed point and the output shaft line. The deviation should be ±10 degrees, and the torque arm should be in a tensile stress state.
💧
Lubrication of the Reducer
1
For this reducer, the recommended lubricant is L-CKC150 medium-load extreme pressure gear oil. When using a reverse gear device, no lubricating additives such as graphite or molybdenum disulfide should be used in the reducer.
2
After the first oil change, after 200 hours of operation, a new oil should be replaced. For subsequent continuous operation, the oil should be changed every six months or every 2500 hours of operation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q
What material are the gears in this reducer made of, and how are they processed?
The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel. They are processed through carburizing, quenching, and grinding to achieve high precision, high hardness, and long service life.
Q
What is the maximum allowable input shaft speed for this reducer?
The maximum speed of the input shaft shall not exceed 1400 r/min. Additionally, the peripheral speed of the gear must not exceed 10 m/s during operation.
Q
What lubricant is recommended, and are there any additives to avoid?
The recommended lubricant is L-CKC150 medium-load extreme pressure gear oil. Do not add lubricating additives such as graphite or molybdenum disulfide to the reducer, particularly when a reverse gear device is installed.
Q
How often should the gear oil be changed?
The first oil change should take place after 200 hours of operation. For ongoing use, replace the gear oil every six months or every 2,500 hours of operation, whichever comes first.
Q
What is the operating temperature range, and what precautions are needed in cold environments?
This reducer is rated for working environments from -40℃ to 45℃. When ambient temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil must be preheated to above 0℃ before the unit is started to ensure proper lubrication.
Q
Can this reducer operate in both forward and reverse directions?
Yes. This reducer supports both forward and reverse operation. An optional anti-reverse rotation device can also be configured. The input shaft connects to the motor via a pulley, and the hollow output shaft allows direct mounting onto the machine's main shaft.
