Product Features
The F series reducer is made of high-quality forged steel material, with a steel cast iron box body. The gear surface is subjected to high-frequency heat treatment and precision machining to ensure the parallelism and positioning accuracy of the shaft. All of these components make up the gear transmission assembly. The reducer is equipped with various types of electrodes, forming an electrode integration, fully ensuring the quality characteristics of the product.

1. Highly modular design: It can be easily equipped with various types of electric motors or use other power inputs. The same model can be equipped with multiple power motors. Easy to achieve combination connection between various models.
2. The transmission ratio of the F series reducer is finely divided and has a wide range. Combination models can form large transmission ratios and output extremely low speeds.
3. Installation form of F-series reducer: The installation position is not limited.
4. High strength and small volume: The box body is made of high-strength cast iron. The gears and gear shafts adopt gas carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding processes, resulting in high load-bearing capacity per unit volume.
5. The F series reducer has a long service life: under the correct selection (including selecting appropriate usage factors) and normal use and maintenance conditions, the service life of the main components of the reducer (except for vulnerable parts) is generally not less than 20000 hours. Vulnerable parts include lubricating oil, oil seals, and bearings.
6. Low noise: The main components of the gearbox have been precision machined and assembled and tested, resulting in low noise levels.
7. The efficiency of the F series reducer is high: the efficiency of the single machine type is not less than 95%.
8. Can withstand large radial loads.
