Conveyor External Drive YDW Type Electric Motorized Pulley/Drum/Roller

The YDW external Motorized pulley is a new type of drive device. Its exposed motor is directly connected to the pulley, featuring convenient maintenance and safe operation. Two-stage or three-stage gear transmission is adopted to meet the requirements of different belt speeds.
The external connection of the motor has changed the heat dissipation conditions, making installation and maintenance more convenient. A backstop device can be configured to ensure that the drum rotates in one direction only and to prevent the conveyor belt from sliding down when the material conveying stops. The surface of the roller is covered with patterned tape, which can enhance the traction force and adhesion capacity.
The products are applied in various scenarios, such as crushing and screening equipment, open-pit mines, gravel yards, mobile and cross-type conveyors, etc.
Conditions of Use
1. The operating ambient temperature ranges from -15 ℃ to +45 ℃.
2. The altitude does not exceed 1,000 meters.
3. The temperature of the conveyed materials shall not exceed 60 ℃.
4. Voltage: 380V/440V/660V, frequency: 50Hz.
Maintenance
1.During the production process, according to the nature of the conveyed materials, timely cleaning should be carried out to keep all parts of the conveyor clean.
2.The lubricating oil of the Motorized Pulley should be replaced once a year. If leakage occurs, the sealing parts should be inspected and the worn parts should be replaced damaged seals.
3.The lubricating oil of the Motorized Pulley should be replaced after the first 300 hours of operation (lubricating oil grade: N46 for oil-cooled type and N150 for oil-immersed type). It should be replaced and maintained every 5,000 hours of operation.
4.Inspection, adjustment and cleaning are not allowed to be carried out while the vehicle is in operation.
