🛠️ Maintenance
- During production, clean all parts of the conveyor regularly according to the nature of the conveyed materials.
- Replace the lubricating oil of the Motorized Pulley once a year. If leakage occurs, inspect sealing parts and replace worn or damaged seals.
- Replace lubricating oil after the first 300 hours of operation (N46 for oil-cooled type; N150 for oil-immersed type). Thereafter, replace every 5,000 hours of operation.
- Inspection, adjustment, and cleaning are not permitted while the equipment is in operation.
