The YDW external Motorized pulley is a new type of drive device. Its exposed motor is directly connected to the pulley, featuring convenient maintenance and safe operation. Two-stage or three-stage gear transmission is adopted to meet the requirements of different belt speeds.

A backstop device can be configured to ensure that the drum rotates in one direction only and to prevent the conveyor belt from sliding down when the material conveying stops. - 🧹 During the production process, according to the nature of the conveyed materials, timely cleaning should be carried out to keep all parts of the conveyor clean.
- 💧 The lubricating oil of the Motorized Pulley should be replaced once a year. If leakage occurs, the sealing parts should be inspected and the worn parts should be replaced with damaged seals.
- ⏱ The lubricating oil should be replaced after the first 300 hours of operation (lubricating oil grade: N46 for oil-cooled type and N150 for oil-immersed type). It should be replaced and maintained every 5,000 hours of operation.
- ⚠ Inspection, adjustment and cleaning are not allowed to be carried out while the vehicle is in operation.
