- 🔧The normal service life of the roller is over 20,000 hours and generally does not require maintenance. However, corresponding maintenance schedules should be set based on usage location and load size. Timely cleaning, oil injection, and removal of floating coal should be performed. Replace rollers with abnormal noise or non-rotation promptly.
- 🔧When replacing the bearing, the opening of the bearing cage must face outward. After installation into the roller, maintain appropriate clearance — do not crush it.
- 🔧Maze seals should be made of original accessories and installed separately into the rollers during assembly — they should not be assembled together.
- 🔧When using the idler, take precautions to prevent heavy objects from hitting the idler tube.
- 🔧To ensure sealing performance and usability, it is prohibited to disassemble the rollers at will.
