China Biomass Pellet Reducer Gearbox Suppliers - Straw & Wood Chips Pellet Machine Factory
⚠ Conditions of Use
1
The maximum speed of the input shaft of the reducer shall not exceed 1500 r/min.
2
Working environment: -40 to 45℃. If the temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting. This reducer can be used for operation in both forward and reverse directions.
🔧 Installation Precautions for the Reducer
1
The connection installation between the input and output should be carried out using hot mounting and cold shrinking. It is strictly prohibited to use any assembly methods involving forced striking or impact.
2
All fixed bolts should be tightened evenly without any looseness. When the impact load is high and the machine starts frequently, positioning screws should be installed between the base and the frame.
3
Before starting the reducer, it is necessary to add lubricating oil and ensure that the oil level meets the required standard. Under any circumstances, the oil level must not be lower than the minimum position.
4
After installation, a load test must be conducted before formal use. Begin with 2 hours of no-load operation. Once normal, gradually increase the load for testing.
5
Under normal operating conditions: for a reducer running 24 hours/day, replace the oil no more than once every 3 months; for a reducer running no more than 10 hours/day, replace the oil no more than once every 6 months.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q What is the maximum input shaft speed for this reducer?
The maximum speed of the input shaft shall not exceed 1500 r/min. Exceeding this limit may cause damage to the reducer and reduce its service life.
Q What temperature range is this reducer suitable for?
This reducer is designed for working environments ranging from -40℃ to 45℃. If the ambient temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil must be preheated to above 0℃ before starting the machine.
Q Can this reducer operate in both forward and reverse directions?
Yes. This reducer supports both forward and reverse operation, making it suitable for a variety of application scenarios.
Q How should the reducer be installed to avoid damage?
Installation between input and output connections must use hot mounting and cold shrinking methods. Forced striking or impact-based assembly is strictly prohibited. All bolts must be evenly tightened to prevent looseness.
Q Is a test run required before formal use of the reducer?
Yes. Before formal use, the reducer must first run at no-load for 2 hours. Only after confirming normal no-load operation should a load test begin, with the load being gradually increased.
Q How often should the lubricating oil be replaced?
For reducers running 24 hours a day, oil should be replaced at least once every 3 months. For reducers operating 10 hours or less per day, oil replacement is recommended at least once every 6 months.
