BW/XW Cycloidal Pinwheel Gearbox Speed Reducer

Cycloidal reducer (also known as planetary cycloidal reducer) is a transmission device based on the principle of planetary transmission, which achieves power transmission through cycloidal needle teeth meshing. Its structure consists of an input part, a deceleration part, and an output part. The input shaft drives the cycloidal gear through a double eccentric sleeve to perform a composite motion of revolution and rotation.
The single-stage transmission reduction ratio of the cycloidal reducer can reach 1:87, with a transmission efficiency of over 90%. The maximum multi-stage combination reduction ratio can reach tens of thousands of levels. It adopts a coaxial design of input shaft and output shaft, with a compact structure and strong load-bearing capacity. The key components are quenched with high carbon chromium steel, and the rolling friction structure is used to extend the service life. The lubrication system requires regular replacement of mechanical oil or extreme pressure gear oil to ensure operational stability, allowing continuous forward and reverse operation. The output shaft should avoid bearing excessive axial or radial forces.

    Product Features

    1. High speed ratio and high-efficiency single-stage transmission can achieve a reduction ratio of 1:87, with an efficiency of over 90%. If multi-stage transmission is used, the reduction ratio is even greater.
    2. Compact structure and small volume. Due to the use of planetary transmission principle, the input and output shafts are on the same axis, making the model achieve the smallest possible size.
    3. Smooth operation with low noise. The cycloid needle teeth have a large number of meshing teeth, a high overlap coefficient, and a mechanism of mechanical balance, which minimizes vibration and noise.
    4. Reliable use and long service life. The main components are made of high carbon chromium steel material, which is quenched (HRC58-62) to obtain high strength. In addition, some transmission contacts use rolling friction, so it is durable and has a long service life.

    Conditions of Use

    1. The cycloidal pinwheel reducer is allowed to be used in continuous working conditions and can operate in both forward and reverse directions.
    2. The rated speed of the input shaft is 1500 revolutions per minute. It is recommended to use a 6-pole motor with a speed of 960 revolutions per minute when the input power is greater than 18.5 kilowatts.
    3. The working position of the horizontally installed cycloidal pinwheel reducer is always horizontal. The maximum horizontal tilt angle during installation is generally less than 15 °. When the temperature exceeds 15 °, other measures should be taken to ensure sufficient lubrication and prevent oil leakage.
    4. The output shaft of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer cannot withstand large axial and radial forces, and other measures must be taken when there are large axial and radial forces.
