The maximum speed of the input shaft of the reducer shall not exceed 1500 r/min.

Working environment: -40 to 45℃. If the temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting. This reducer can be used for operation in both forward and reverse directions.
Installation Precautions for the Reducer

The connection installation between the input and output should be carried out using hot mounting and cold shrinking. It is strictly prohibited to use any assembly methods involving forced striking or impact.

All the fixed bolts should be tightened evenly without any looseness. When the impact load is high and the machine starts frequently, positioning screws should be installed between the base and the frame.

Before starting the reducer, it is necessary to add lubricating oil and ensure that the oil level meets the required standard. Under any circumstances, the oil level must not be lower than the minimum position.
After the reducer is installed, before it is put into formal use, a load test must be conducted. Before the load test, it should be operated at no-load for 2 hours first. Once the no-load operation is normal, the load test can begin. The load test should be carried out by gradually increasing the load.
Under normal operating conditions, for a reducer that operates continuously for 24 hours a day, the oil should be replaced no more than once every 3 months; for a reducer that operates for no more than 10 hours per day, the oil should be replaced no more than once every 6 months.
