Function and Application
1. This component has two main functions:
①By changing the direction angle by 180 °, the trajectory of the conveyor belt can be altered, with 180 ° turning being commonly used at the rear of the conveyor
②Tighten the conveyor belt to increase its contact angle with the drive pulley, and the increase in angle can reach 30% -50%, effectively preventing slipping
2. Application scenarios:
1.Mining: Belt conveyor system for the main transportation roadway underground in coal mines
2.Port loading and unloading: the turning node of continuous loading and unloading equipment at bulk cargo terminals
3.Metallurgical production: turning device for high-temperature material conveying line in steelmaking plant
Technical Specifications
The product specifications include five sizes: 220/320/400/500/600mm. Corresponding to three levels of shaft diameters: 40/50/60mm. The length range of the cylinder body is 500 - 1400mm. Or it can be customized according to customer requirements. Technical standards require:
Radial runout error ≤ 0.5mm/meter
The sealing structure of the bearing housing has a dust-proof level reaching IP54 standard
